Shenzhen Harmoniq Labs Co. Ltd (“HarmoniQ Labs”) warrants this product against defects in material for two years from the date of purchase. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, HarmoniQ Labs will, at its option, repair or replace the product.
GLOBAL LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty services are available globally. Your purchase receipt is your proof of manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms, service availability, and service response time may vary from country or region to country or region.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE, please return the product to the location instructed by HarmoniQ customer services in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. If you are located in the United States or Canada, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you from HarmoniQ customer services if the repair or replacement is covered under the warranty. For other regions or countries, you are responsible for transporting your product for repair or replacement.
This Limited Warranty protects the original owner, within two years from the date of purchase. Any subsequent owner needs to email HarmoniQ customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org with a digital copy of the original dated purchase receipt if warranty service is required.
WHAT IS COVERED
The HarmoniQ Labs warranty covers all manufacturing defects. The following are not covered: re-shelling of the hand-polished casing of the earphones, product variation resulting from the nature of the hand-making process, damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification, or neglect; acts of God; damage occurring during shipment; damage from failure to follow instructions contained in the instruction manual; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by HarmoniQ Labs; damage caused by the installation of parts that do not conform to HarmoniQ Labs specifications; units not used for their intended purpose; any claims based on misrepresentations by the seller; or the cost of installing, removing or reinstalling the unit. HarmoniQ Labs’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any defective product and shall not include incidental or consequential damages. HarmoniQ Labs reserves the right to replace a discontinued model with a comparable model. Any replacement units or parts may be new or rebuilt.
