Returns and Refunds
HarmoniQ Labs offers 30 days SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. To initiate a return, replacement and refund, please email email@example.com. You will be instructed by HarmoniQ customer services to return the product to the location in its original packaging. If you are located in the United States or Canada, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. For other regions or countries, you are responsible for transporting returned products. No returns will be accepted after 30 days, however, you can request WARRANTY SERVICE when applicable. For more details please visitWarranty Policy.
Full credit will be given for returned products that are undamaged. The credit will always be made in the currency and method by which payment was originally made. Please note if your order shows as “delivered” and you did not receive your item, we will be unable to offer a refund. A replacement will be determined upon further investigation. All replacements are subject to shipping/handling charges and are not eligible for a refund.
In the event of shipping damage to items, please save all packaging materials and report the damage immediately to the carrier. All shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier and HarmoniQ Labs must be notified.
